Tavrel is a two-partner advisory practice in Leeds. Since 2014 we have helped 140 independent businesses run with fewer hours, better prices and less noise.
We started Tavrel after years inside big consultancies, watching small businesses get the same forty-page decks as banks. They needed less: someone to sit in, find the real problem and fix it with them. So that is all we do, for businesses small enough that the owner still answers the phone.
