The one-page plan, and why it beats a deck
Every plan we write fits on one side of A4. Here is the template, and the three questions it forces you to answer.

A plan nobody reads is not a plan. That is why ours fit on a single page.
The page has three parts: where the business is now, in numbers; the three things we will change, in order; and what each person will do differently on Monday.
If it does not fit, it is not a priority yet. We have not found a business that needed more.
