The story
Faster from quote to paid
Brightwater’s work was excellent and their cash was always late. Quotes were written at night, sometimes a week after the visit, and invoices waited for someone to remember them.
We rode along for two days, then built a three-option quote template that goes out from a phone the same day. Stage payments and a card on file replaced end-of-job invoicing on anything over £2,000.
The time from quote to cash in the bank dropped from 23 days to 14, and the win rate on quotes rose from 41% to 56%.
