Wedding enquiries turned into bookings
Stem & Stone loved weddings and dreaded the enquiries: long emails, custom quotes, and most couples went quiet.
We designed three wedding packages with prices on the website, a short form, and a 15-minute call booked straight from it. The owner stopped writing quotes from scratch.
Bookings went from one in nine enquiries to one in three over the season, with fewer hours spent per booking.
