Most bad hires are bad briefs. We map who does what today, including everything the owner does at 10pm, and find the work that should belong to someone else.

From that we write the role: what they own, what good looks like at 30, 60 and 90 days, and what they will never be asked to do.

You also get interview questions tied to the role, and a simple scorecard so the decision is not just a feeling.
