A weekly one-hour session and a phone line, for owners who want a second pair of eyes on decisions, numbers and people.

Once the big fixes are in, most owners want someone to think out loud with. The retainer is that: one hour a week, same time, with an agenda you send the night before.

Between sessions you can call or message; we reply the same working day.

Every quarter we go through the numbers together and adjust the plan. You can pause or cancel any month, and many clients do once things run on their own.
